It looks like, with these unverified DMs ( looking fake as fake ) that Misty may have exposed Lizard...
To be sure, while I believe that these DMs are fake, I suspect that there is a touch of truth behind them and that's why Effie is doing this. She is angry that she was left out of the doc and that Liz seems lovey lovey to Armie, which is good old fashioned jealousy.
